Coastwise members were joined by Coral @WemburyMarine@DevonWildlife yesterday for some #Shoresearch training - thanks again Coral, we can't wait to get started on our surveys ππππ¦
We're slowly edging closer to re-opening & refit going well. In the meantime, check out our baby cuttlefish, they're around 3-4cm. They spend much of their time camouflaged waking up occasionally to snack on a prawn. Have a great weekend all! #Ilfracombe#Aquarium#FridayFeeling

Being closed does have some advantages, it allows us to develop the exhibits and have a good spring clean. We gave some of our mature fish some more space this week and released some juvenile Bib, Poor Cod and Plaice into our freshly cleaned 'Under the Pier' exhibit
Cornish Rock Pools Junior has made a film! Join the Sea You at the Sea Festival on Cornwall Wildlife Trust Marine YouTube channel this Saturday to watch this and much more.
Lovely to have @CornishRockPool with us for this mornings presentation 'The Rock Pools in Winter' - Heather is a great inspiration and her lovely photos and videos will motivate members to explore our shores throughout the Winter months ππππππππ
