Let down by Virgin Customer Service after loads of issues with our BC flights. Apparently I can't escalate complaint passed them to get a real response. @richardbranson @VirginAtlantic wasn't after compensation, just answers. Fobbed off big time.

If you don’t want to ruin your families surprises at Christmas do not order anything from @SoVeryBritish @marksandspencer @KurtGeiger. They didn’t get the memo that it is Christmas. Logo alert. So if they’ve asked for something from these shops they’ll know instantly. Shame.
