RIP to a true legend
I don’t follow snooker & I confess, I don’t know Mark.
But, I do know when someone is deeply struggling, because I’ve been there myself & I can see it in him.
If you know Mark, pls reach out to him.
Careers come & go. So too, do hard times.
No shame in needing love & support sometimes. Well done this lady, I’m pleased she gave him a hug.
Solidarity 🙏🏻
Today’s Sun has a sad story about Robert Palmer’s partner being kicked out of their home after he died, with the brilliant headline, “might as well face it, you’re evicted, my love”
Whoever wrote that is a genius!

Yes I think only in very specific instances - Rudakubanu, Couzens - is there a strong case for it as there is zero doubt. (It’s only handed out to around 1% of cases in the US). But it’s just a theoretical debate here because there are far too many problems with it to actually bring it back.
