• Maxence Lacroix – Not a first-choice France starter.
• Barco – Not a first-choice Argentina starter.
• Welbeck – More of a last 15 minute option.
• Henderson – Mainly valuable for the dressing room.
• Chavarria – Yet to play for Spain.
• Wharton/Scott (rumoured) – Not in the current England squad.
• Emegha/Satpaev - Still has plenty to prove.
• Palestra - Just two senior Italy appearances.
• Quenda - Yet to earn a senior Portugal cap.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have sold:

× Cucurella - One of the best left-backs in the world, Spain's undisputed starter, European champion and Club World Cup winner.
× Enzo Fernandez (if leaving) - Argentina's undisputed starter and a World Cup winner.
