$ASTS quietly dropped something big 👀
They filed paperwork last night that gives executives a payout if the company changes ownership. People are already calling it a merger signal.
AST SpaceMobile has been in partnership talks with $Google, $META, $Amazon, $MSFT and $AAPL
Google's already an investor. This kind of filing usually shows up right before a major deal, not necessarily a full buyout, could just be a big strategic investment.
✅ Stock's up 4% in pre-market today.
$IOVA jumping +20% pre-market on real numbers 🔥🔥
✅️ The company just raised its full year revenue guidance to $410-420M, up from $350-370M. That's a $55M bump at the midpoint, driven by strong demand for their two cancer drugs, Amtagvi and Proleukin.
🟢 This implies about 60% revenue growth for the year. When a company raises its own guidance by that much, it's usually because the drugs are actually selling.
I'm glad I bought early 🫡
$ENTG • breaking the descending line? 👀
Topped near $186 in June, sold off hard, then spent three months making lower highs on the way down.
Semiconductor materials demand never stopped though.
✅️ Every quarter this year beat estimates on the back of logic and memory ramp at leading-edge fabs.

$KLIC • breaking the descending line? 👀
Topped near $135 in July, then bled into a downtrend through the summer. The business didn't fade though.
✅️ Last quarter's revenue jumped 49.8% YoY on an EPS beat, and management pointed to AI chip demand and data center buildout offsetting weakness elsewhere.
Broke the descending line and holding above $91.85, sitting at $93.94.
✅ Confirm and hold above $91.85
🟢 TP1 $98.00 · TP2 $103.39
⛔ Invalid 1 day close under $88
I’ve tested hundreds of indicators across thousands of strategies.
But one tool keeps showing up in my best-performing systems:
✅ Average True Range (ATR)
It’s simple.
It’s powerful.
And it’s one of the most versatile indicators I use in my hedge fund.
Here are 3 ways to unlock its full potential:
ATR for Entries
✔️Pick a POI (Point of Initiation).
✔️Multiply ATR by 2.5 (or your own factor).
✔️That’s your breakout entry - precise, adaptive, and fast to implement.
ATR as a Filter
✔️Compare two ATR periods to detect volatility shifts.
✔️Filter out weak setups.
✔️This small tweak can radically improve your equity curve.
ATR for Exits
✔️Flip the logic you used for entry.
✔️Use ATR to calculate dynamic stop loss levels.
✔️Simple math that protects real capital.
With ONE indicator, you can build entry logic, risk filters, and exit rules.
That’s a complete strategy driven by volatility, built to scale.
No clutter. No guessing. Just process.

20 steps to turn $2,000 into $25,000+ in 1 month (even if you work full-time)
1. Open 2 brokerage accounts: 1 for swing trading, 1 for scalping.
2. Put $1,000 into each of them.
3. Scalping account: take only 0-2 trades a day max. (Always. Do not break this rule.)
4. Swing account: trade 1-2 contracts at a time. Stick to strong companies: $NVDA, $AAPL, $TSLA, $META, $GOOG, $MSFT, $AMZN, $SPY, $AMD
For my list of 3 super stocks under $20 share this post with another trader! I already call out $COIN 2 days ago at $165.
5. Choose 1-2 setups for scalping only. You can use this list right here.
6. Each scalp contract should cost $2-$4 with at least 1 week to expiry. (Do not break this rule.)
7. Stop loss should be $0.30-$0.50 from your entry. That means you can take 20 trades with $1,000 before you blow up the account.
8. You'll find that out of those 20 trades, you would have made $100-$200 if you'd held to your target. So go back and figure out why you're selling early, and work on your confidence.
9. Those 20 trades will expose your bad behaviors: chasing, taking trades you didn't plan. Now fix them. 10. Review your trades every day.
11. Learn technical analysis (I can teach you step by step) and how to master your emotions (accept them).
12. The hardest part of trading is waiting. Once you can sit bored waiting for your setup, you've mastered trading.
13. Use IBKR, TOS, or even Webull as your broker.
14. Memorize the candlestick patterns.
15. BEFORE you enter a trade, wait for the candle to close strong with volume, then wait for the next candle to be strong before entering.
16. Scalp on the 1-min and 5-min, but always study the DAILY and 1HR charts first to read the sentiment. 17. Start building a system. Make rules for yourself and DO NOT BREAK THEM.
18. If you break your rules, the results will show it. So CREATE an environment where you can't break them. 19. Need a CHEATSHEET? DM me and I'll send you one to follow.
20. Remember: some days you'll make $0, some days $20, some days $100.
The secret is to always follow your rules and stop worrying about the money. The moment you focus on the money, the pressure kicks in and you stop performing.
1 trade at a time is all it takes. Ken is a perfect example of someone who is disciplined and follow his trading rules:

No one failed Lindsey Clancy.
She planned it.
However, because I am not Candace Owens, let me be clear- this is my opinion, albeit one I believe wholeheartedly, and here’s why:
• She had been seeing multiple doctors and collecting prescriptions without disclosing the full picture to any of them, or that she was even seeing the others.
• She was non-compliant with the medications she was actually prescribed. Yet she randomly decided to take the Seroquel before jumping?
• She researched how long it would take to send her husband on two specific errands (including takeout from a place they didn’t usually ORDER from and farther away than their usual options) She searched for the restaurant, directions/route, MiraLAX, and CVS. She knew roughly how long he would be gone via map/search data. Digital evidence shows phone activity consistent with planning the sequence that would give her the necessary amount of time alone with the children she needed.
• While in the process of killing her children she returned a phone call from her husband who had called a minute earlier. While on the phone with Patrick, she spoke quietly and coherently sounding “a little bit rushed” but never asked him to rush home or call for help. He remembered thinking “she was probably giving them a bath.”
• She had no documented history of psychosis symptoms or a prior psychosis diagnosis from any provider. The first claim of a “command hallucination” came only AFTER she requested an attorney.
• Despite the financial resources, a supportive family network, a nanny, daycare options, and a work-from-home husband, she declined offers of help with the children and ignored recommended treatment programs.
• The self-inflicted wounds were more superficial and inconsistent with a genuine suicide attempt, the jump wasn’t a jump but a “fall” from a relatively short distance and the temp that night was near freezing, which would knowingly slow her bleeding and reduce her brains oxygen requirement- thereby prolonging her life. With her knowledge, had she actually wanted to end her life she would’ve.
• There have been no further claims of command hallucinations since that day-an outcome that does not align with typical patterns of postpartum psychosis.
• The planning, the precisely calculated window of time, the coherent behavior, and the post-event narrative all point to intentional acts that were meticulously planned in advance rather than an uncontrollable psychotic episode. Which is exactly what I’d expect from a person who was described as controlling, meticulous, and manipulative.
The only victims here are those three innocent children who never had a chance and their father, who will never get to see them grow up.
Jury: Do the right thing.
