Hi @MyGlasgowCC this is binhub NH02-192 outside 87 Berkeley St G3. The area under the bins hasn’t been swept out since installation last year. Gulley now blocked with rubbish and leaves, and is silting up with mud. Stagnant puddles either side. Can it be cleaned? @AngusCMillar

Hi @MyGlasgowCC , BinHub NH02-193, the ‘general waste’ bins were emptied today but the crew left the overflow on the pavement, and returned the bin back-to-front so that it can only be used from the road. There’s also fly tipped stuff. Can you send a crew to sort? @AngusCMillar

@MyGlasgowCC that's a bit odd - the bin hubs have a QR code for reporting issues, which now don't work. Can this be reviewed please @AngusCMillar - perhaps the QR codes on the hubs can be updated if this is a permanent change?
