As a Result of yesterday's major drug bust in Wake County, our investigation has resulted in the seizure of and ADDITIONAL 56 KILOs of methamphetamine in Texas. Last night, a search warrant was obtained for a storage facility in Dallas, Texas, where federal agents found the additional 124 pounds upping yesterday's total seizure to 111 KILOGRAM (245 pounds).

On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, the Wake County Sheriff's Office, the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, and the Cary Police Department conducted an enforcement operation in the 6100 block of Corporate Ridge Drive, Raleigh.

During the investigation, officers seized approximately 121.55 pounds (55 kilograms) of methamphetamine, with an estimated street value of $16.3 million.

Jonathan Pena, 31, was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine by possession, trafficking in methamphetamine by transportation, and conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine.

This adaptive reuse offers 7 Brew path forward in a market with significant restrictions on new drive thrus

It also brings a co-tenancy opportunity as 7 Brew would only occupy ~1,000 sq ft of the building

The remaining ~3,500 sq ft can be leased to other uses and may bring "walk in" customers in addition to the drive thru traffic that 7 Brew typically courts

This unique 7 Brew is a first-of-its-kind adaptive reuse

And will likely be one of its first sites in the Boise market
