Which maybe Arkansas doesn’t, but that doesn’t mean they’re inherently bad so much as that Arkansas mismanaged things.

What’s the loss from transporting the power? Are we more concerned about the amount of Wh consumed or emissions? Etc

Whether VLAs (or DYNA 2 style WAMs) can become reliable enough with relatively little data and inference compute is the relevant question.
