Reuters quotes the Pentagon as saying that there will be no more new restrictions on the use of American weapons if the DPRK joins the war.

According to the Pentagon, the DPRK has sent 10,000 troops to Russia.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sibiga said that Kyiv had been warning for weeks about the deployment of DPRK soldiers to Russia and accused the allies of failing to provide a decisive response. He also called for "immediately lifting restrictions on our long-range strikes on Russia."
