@ArchRose90 Yes they have.
You have no idea. You’re just making shit up to be inflammatory. You have no idea what she did. Should she be immune to arrest just because of the “optics”?
GB News needs shutting down. It is the British version of Fox news and that with it’s lies, right-wing propaganda and woman hatred led directly to the rise of Donald Trump.
@andygeorgeni@JaseDooley Perhaps it’s less of a protest and more a case of officers thinking “fuck it, it’s not worth my life”
Society expecting officers to do a job, for no more pay with a severe risk of either dying, or going to prison. Madness.
@PSNILGBT@PoliceServiceNI@belfastpride @LGBTpoliceuk Chiefs are trying to show that we don’t have resources to answer 999 calls. How can they effectively do that if we spare resources for parades
All for building trust and solidarity, But let’s do that by effectively investigating and enforcing the law. Without fear or favour.

BREAKING NEWS: Officers to receive a pay increase of 7 per cent from 1 September this year. A step in the right direction, but fails to take account the real term cut of 17% officers have suffered since 2000.

@MPS_ChiefInsp Please come have a word with my C/Insp
Condemned a whole team and removed driving permits for some minor contact with a OCG member’s car. Further condemned for then chasing his car on foot and catching and arresting him - because it could have been dangerous…
Senior Leadership Teams:
Criticise officers for not being robust with criminals.
Same Senior Leadership Teams:
Condemn officers for being robust (but reasonable and proportionate) whilst arresting dangerous criminal.
Nice one.
@andygeorgeni Do these figures take into account stop searches conducted to find other articles?
- drugs
- stolen items
- items going equipped
Etc
IE - if an officer stops and searches someone for drugs, but doesn’t find a weapon, is that stop search included in your quoted figures?
@FactsMatterPpl@VickyWarrener@floschechter It is. Doesn’t really support the Carte Blanche right to murder dogs” as you claim, but highlights the problem of people like you on twitter condemning professionals doing a job you likely couldn’t, based on a short edited video clip of a situation where you were not there.
@PeopleShameless@sparkynick@jayIFA@floschechter Actually I did months of hard graft renovating the house after finishing long days at work or before going to a long late shift. I have earned that income. But thanks for your input.
@sparkynick@jayIFA@floschechter Not when I already paid income tax at 40% to pay for it. Paid stamp duty tax to buy it. Pay 40% tax on the rental income.
So I should pay 28% on the ‘gains’ I’ve made, despite the fact that inflation means that money is worth far less now than it did all those years ago anyway.
@jayIFA@floschechter Thanks for your insight. I only lived in it for a couple of months. It was a 5 year fix and in that the value went up by £75,000. So the capital gains tax bill would have been £21,000. Im not a businessman, but I’m sure many wouldn’t want to see that much money go to the taxman
@MidlandsPCUK Don’t feel like you’re letting people down. You can do a really good job, but if you write it up terribly, its a terrible job.
It’s the investigation and paperwork that puts people behind bars, and people behind bars means less demand.
Do you’re best. Always.
