George Allen grew up in a segregated community in Sanford & was a graduate of Midway Elementary. In 1962, Mr. Allen became the first African-American to graduate from the University of Florida, & went on to become a leading lawyer at the forefront of the civil rights movement.

WOW!!! 🤩 What an incredible afternoon at our Reverse Squad Rally!!!! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 We had HUNDREDS of Midway Roadrunners parade through the car line showing their Midway Squad Spirit as our teachers cheered them on!!! We LOVED seeing all your smiling faces & miss you all so much!
