The boat-trip from ‘Wapping’ to Blackwall in commemoration of the Mayflower began with a speech by @RabbiMorris of Bevis Marks Synagogue. The Pilgrims and the Sephardi Jews were allies in Holland, and the synagogue is on the site of Heneage House, the Pilgrims’ centre in London.

Two vessels sailed to Blackwall Yard & back to remember the pilgrim migrants, merchant venturers and the Wampanoag people in 1620. Footage and photos of the trip were taken by local people.
