Do you guys have a business model of providing working internet for a max of 10 consecutive days before some interruption in service? Just to keep us on our toes?

@JioCare Jio has made it so that we have an outage for 30+hrs, with no resolution on the horizon, and no restitution for the down time. Garbage product, garbage service, customer can get fucked, no one cares.
@reliancejio@JioCare you guys have the WORST service and connectivity in the world. How did you go from being so good to being terrible?!
Internet has been down (10000000th time) for over 3hrs, and I just get a text saying interruption in service, expecting 4hr resolution.
What do you people have “customer care” for?
They don’t seem equipped (or intellectually capable) to help even in those little periods of time in between “interruptions in service” where we actually get a connection at half the speed we overpaid for?
