Conejo Together - founded in 2018 in a community-wide effort to restore good governance to the Conejo Valley USD. We advocate for local public education.
If you put your ballot in a drop box or take it to a vote center today, your ballot will be included in the 8:30 PM election results tomorrow. Drop Your Ballot!
Ballot Tracker is awesome! When you get the message "your vote has been counted" it means your envelope passed the signature verification process and your vote will show up in Election Night results. Ballot Tracker and other helpful info on our website. https://t.co/YgMH25LqiD
Last night I asked random Black men -of all ages- I encountered at ATL, how they were gonna vote. Listen to what they answered.
And let me tell you something, do not underestimate the elders. Grandmas, do your thing.

@ldgill Thank you Lauren Gill for stepping up to serve as trustee. We are proud to support you and your work to take the @ConejoValleyUSD from great to even greater.
Stop procrastinating! Today is the BEST day to vote. You can put it in your mailbox, no stamp, while wearing slippers and a robe. Don't make us come over there and pound on your door. https://t.co/YgMH25KSt5
It's a beautiful day for voting. Too bleary eyed to read the ballot instructions? Conejo Together is here to help. Click on the link https://t.co/YgMH25KSt5
Agree w/ Jonathan Chait that Dems should run on public education - but for a completely different reason that he seems (shockingly) to know nothing about. The GOP has staked out the extreme & unpopular position that we shouldn't have public schools anymore https://t.co/u2q5UIdkTK
We mailed this information to carefully selected voters in the Conejo Valley and are sharing it on social media for those who missed out.
Make the right choice for Conejo Valley public schools. Karen Sylvester TA1 and Lauren Gill TA5 @Sylvester4CVUSD@gill4cvusd
County K-12 test scores bump up from pandemic lows - @ConejoValleyUSD second only to Oak Park Unified, a district with entirely different demographics.
Vote for @Sylvester4CVUSD TA1 @gill4cvusd TA5

@Frank13Enderle@gill4cvusd Actually, that line you highlighted was added in 2018 when your pals John Andersen, Mike Dunn, and Sandy Everett were the majority on the board. Maybe ask them why?
@Bringsunshine@ConejoValleyUSD@Sylvester4CVUSD@gill4cvusd All of the above. We are beyond proud of the work done in @ConejoValleyUSD to meet the needs of newcomer students joining our community from all over the globe as well as the many unconventional students who find unique pathways to success in one of our special programs.
Once these "pro-voucher" efforts weaken public schools, they will feed on the remains, grabbing real estate, warehousing "less-promising" students, and returning to a system that helped the wealthy prosper on the backs of hard working Americans. It will be too late to turn back.
Of all the false works and empty promises in voucher claims, most cruel is the one that vouchers are for “every child” at schools “that best fit their needs.”
It’s not true: the private school—not parents— decide if each child fits.
With rejection coming for who each child is.
