Hey - As a Duke fan, I am excited for next year for ya'll. Haha. That said, you do have an ace in the hole -- Jim Tanner. Newly appointed director of basketball operations. I went to high school with Jim over in High Point. And he's one of the smartest and sharpest guys I've ever known. I know he's gonna return UNC to glory. I just recently told him to go for it - as long as Duke is just a little bit better.

Just curious - are you implying local (DMV) policies? State? National? I think cities like Alexandria continuing to keep sections of Old Town pedestrian friendly was/is great for biz. And while there's still weakness - my first hand accounts of inside the beltway VA specific is biz is still pretty good.

Followed by a strong longer term upside (but choppy) move to $250k by year-end. @JoshMandell6 - That said, I like Josh's "trip 4s and a grand" better. What $MSTR will do with that I dunno. I'm long $MSTR with a 4-5 year horizon, so I trust @saylor and his steady hand on the tiller.
