@HertzUK Your modify/cancel booking button on the website isn't working, cannot cancel via my Gold profile either. Am being fobbed off via online chat - apparently they cancelled the booking but I haven't received a confirmation email?

@DellCares You sent me the monitor for an AIO yesterday, but no power cord, mouse or keyboard. Contacted CS and got told the 'replacements' (not sure how you can replace something that was never delivered?) would be ordered straight away. Still no update.

@DellCares Obviously my statutory rights will not be affected and my 14 day right-to-return will now begin from the day I receive *everything* that I paid for, in the case of any defects?!

@DunelmService Hello! DHL delivered my parcel to the wrong address (number 48 instead of 4B) and now I can't get hold of anyone at that address to retrieve my Dunelm parcel. Please help! I have contacted DHL also, but still waiting for a reply (and my lamp! 🙁)

@UPS_UK How can I sign up for UPS My Choice in the UK? Won't let me add an address outside US and then other web pages produce errors. Need to change delivery date of a parcel which was unsuccessfully attempted today (but not at home, so don't have a card)

@DVLAgovuk My husband paid for a provisional licence application form over 8 weeks ago, but we are still waiting for his new BRP to come through. It says if you don't respond within 40 days of application, it will be cancelled - how/when will we receive the refund?
