the roles people are splitting building into this week (prototyper, builder, sweeper, maintainer) all live in one person when you're solo. and they fight.

my prototyper shipped twenty features week one. my sweeper spent a month deleting most of them. same person, opposite jobs, different days.

building alone isn't doing every role. it's knowing which one today actually needs to exist.
