@SouthwestAir just abominably bad customer service the last 36 hours. Not 1, Not 2, but 3 flights cancelled yesterday leading to 15 hours at the airport on Christmas Eve. After the 3rd of which you decided to just not rebook us and leave us in limbo. Meanwhile, (1/x)

@SouthwestAir we cannot rebook online, customer service phone number is unreachable, so we're supposed to go to the airport without a flight and stand in line to get rebooked? No thanks. Just an awful awful experience. Weather is partially to blame but some of these (2/3)
