I genuinely have no idea what just happened.

I know everyone is going to say the same things: don't buy accounts, don't cheat, etc. But in all seriousness, I did neither. I've never cheated, and I've never bought an account.

From what I've seen in the clips, it looks like I may have been manually banned. There's a player I've never met in my life who says "Hi Polo" and then "Bye Polo" almost immediately afterward. The timing is extremely weird, almost like he knew something was about to happen. I don't know who this player is or if he has any involvement with Ubisoft, but it's something that caught my attention.

My email says the reason for the ban is cheating, but I genuinely have no idea what I supposedly did.

I've worked my ass off to get where I am today. I've put countless hours into this game, the competitive scene, and building my name. And now, just like that, it feels like everything I've worked for is gone.

If anyone knows a Ubisoft developer, someone on the anti-cheat team, or anyone who could genuinely help look into this situation, please reach out. I don't even need anyone to get my account unbanned without a reason. I just want someone to tell me what happened and give me a fair opportunity to defend myself.

I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to prove my innocence:

I have nothing to hide. I don't have other cheats installed, and I barely even have games on my PC:

Rainbow Six Siege

I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for a fair investigation.

I don't want to ban evade, buy another account, or find a workaround. I want my account and my reputation cleared if this was a mistake.

I've worked way too hard to just accept a cheating ban for something I never did. If anyone can genuinely help, please reach out.
