This week, the conversation around 𝗘𝗩 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺. A viral Bluetooth hack that could switch off an e-rickshaw mid-road exposed a much bigger question: 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮'𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺?

At 𝗜𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, we believe resilience isn't built through strategy and technology alone; it grows from the well-being of our people.

Over three wonderful days, our team took part in the 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, a warm and engaging experience centred on 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and overall well-being. Through guided breathing exercises, interactive activities, and quiet moments of reflection, the sessions gave everyone a chance to 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 with themselves and with each other.

The 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗺 we saw throughout the program said it all: when people feel balanced and empowered, they bring their best selves to work.
