@esshankar1 @zaidibrahim @NajibRazak This case shd be dclared a mistrial & go for retrial – with a judge that never went anywhere near 1MDB or SRC. Else, this 'justice' the rakyat think they got will be short lived as this "trial bias" could easily be used as an excuse for a "Royal Pardon" post-GE15. Ur thoughts?

@SMQotaddah @HamzahNazari @zaidibrahim Seems probable there's conflict of intrest. If people really want justice, retrial it. How I see it, this mere "bias" can easily end up being a good reason for a "Royal Pardon" down the road post-GE15 – any 'justice' is then short-lived.

@shade_delano @fxqnxa @Khairykj SG up to the late 80s was filled with corruption. Thy HAD to enact draconian laws and arrest dissidents. It was a ncessity. Is MY ready for such laws? I doubt it if smething small like the GEG already has people riled up. You need to scrifice a gen to make the great leap forward.

Look at SG: By heavily enforcing the ban on chewing gum, spitting, littering, flushing public toilet (ALL less hrmful than cigs), the mentality n habits of the people change within a generation.

@yeobeeyin If we follow NZ n place d burden on legal sllers here in MY, it'll encourage d blck mrket – a prblem our country will nver b able to solve. Hence why I thnk this law is trgeted at the purchaser. Sometimes we hv to scrifice prsonal liberties in order to achieve the greater good.
