@JasonBirch0916 building @ContinuaAI , we realized the "human in the loop" concept is too narrow: it needs to be "humans [plural] in the loop". when an agent hallucinates in a group chat, the correction is immediate and social. the missing piece isn't better filters: it's peer review.
