@EnergyCredit1 I was hoping maybe you can help me get over the top. I'll understand if you don't. No worries, but can you share with me if the recipients responded to this email from you? It would be huge if you could, and I'd appreciate it greatly.
@EnergyCredit1 Hello, Mr. Davies, sir. I'm sure you don't know who I am, but i am one of pro se plaintiffs suing 7 defendants in the MMTLP debacle. At this point in my case, I have objected strongly to the magistrates recommendation to Dismiss me with prejudice.
@CoyoteKn0wsBest@Mastcab1@fearles59324823@Tiggersdad2 Oh... (smh). I see now. My bad. You must've gone to Retard University. Hey Jen, don't talk to this guy. You'll get dumber by the second talking to him. Stop now. Remember Jen, never argue with a fool, cause from a distance, nobody can tell who is who.
@No_Fraud_Retail@busybrands OH!!! The nerve of this p.o.s. dirt bag shitty for saying somebody doesn't have balls when he blocked me for confronting him for calling my friend a racist! Somebody should cut his fingers off and cut his throat out because he doesn't deserve the privilege to communicate!

I am not 100% sure, but it is surely an absolute rarity that a judge recuses herself or himself from a case with only an hour or so before the first jump ball of the entire bankruptcy proceeding...
My gut tells me this filing - mine - was docketed on 3 September 2025 and Spears was docketed the same day if memory serves, and her's was like the "War and Peace" of bankruptcy insanity, as well as utterly devastating Christian not only in this case, but in another Texas case. If anything her's was carpet bombing while mine was surgical. Combined, I think both short circuited the system because - really - after one year of ex parte rulings, the judge saw this was morphing (like the MMTLP investigation by the SEC) from civil charges to something a little more blue windbreaker-ey.
Since my submittal more or less points out that Wes Christian repeatedly perjured himself (I asked for a criminal referral) and calls into question the activities of his associates - one of which was fined $4.6 million for securities fraud - as well as Christian's false declarations regarding the fact that he pays social media influencers $300 an hour (he stated he didn't, but Gary Valinoti says he did...and there's ample connections between them), it may well be that she recused herself to allow for a judge to take the bench more versed in federal criminal laws, especially as they pertain to security laws. The fact that Christian often gets paid in shares of a company, then has social media influencers like Valinoti admitting he "works with Wes" and they talk regularly, and Valinoti pushes stocks as the usual "naked short" charade, may tend to lead to the conclusion that when Christian gets paid in shares, he actively seeks those shares to get pushed on X and other places. That's part of the brief filed, anyway. And that violated 10b-5 ("fraud by omission" as he never disclosed these relationships) so the list of tickers he's represented can be compared with activities of the social media people...and don't take my word for it, Forbes has pointed out this is modus operandi.
Read for yourself...and I'd bet the house that ole "Meta News" (basically a PR front for Wes) and Junk and Junk's made in Taiwan knockoff Robb Carter won't touch this.

@rampagejackson, my brother, I just wanna say I feel for you and Raja. I see what's happening on SM. You're 💯% correct for trying to protect your son. IMHO, I think the best way to do that is to not speak on it. Folks don't want to understand and ANYTHING you say will only hurt.
@_TraderZero_ If the SEC knew about the fraud, why didn't they stop it? Why did FINRA, SEC & brokers communicate about this behind the investors' back? Is there supposed to be transparency? If so, why wasn't there any? Just a few questions. Enquiring minds would love for you to let us know.
@_TraderZero_ Just a few questions: Was there fraud associated with these securities? Were these securities supposed to trade? If not, why were they made to trade, and who got them trading? If this was proper and lawful, why was expired info used? Was finra involved in this? Did the SEC know?
It is so interesting to see Panther Bridge LLC. 🚩🚩🚩🚩 The loan funder behind the transaction for $6,000,000. #Viral
