@MomsPostingLs@adeaum Use a genuine first class seat and you'll blank refuse to hang around the gate waiting to board last. I say genuine as a lot of so-called first class wouldn't pass as business class on other airlines.
I know a few people who made millions by repeating this process a few times. AI can help with some of tedious stuff like data cleanup and creating example data.
Sell your by-products.
If my 60-year-old Mom wanted to make an extra $3,000/month…
I’d never suggest ATMs.
I’d avoid vending machines.
I’d stay away from day trading.
Instead, I’d show her this AI system (that pays me $90k/month).
Here’s the simple setup:
@AnibalRomeroLaw@JonathanTurley "Oh honey, Turley’s out here doing cartwheels over a 9-0 smackdown that basically says 'prove your whole life isn’t a vibes-based asylum application or gtfo'. The immigration court isn’t actually a feelings-first therapy circle, so maybe try, you know, applying the law?
Noam Chomsky defended the Khmer Rouge while they were killing 25% of Cambodia's population.
He kept his position at MIT. His reputation kept growing. His books kept selling.
Thomas Sowell predicted this would happen. He explained exactly why it always does.🧵
THE "SNOWBALL METHOD" CHANGED MY CONTENT FOREVER. Instead of "give me 10 post ideas" → I ask Claude to "snowball" ONE topic. It expands it into sub-angles, contrarian takes, personal stories, how-tos, myths. One topic = 30 days of content. The system:
After 9 years of coaching, here are the rules I give every single client on day 1:
1. Calories are a ceiling. Protein is a floor. Hit both daily.
2. 0.8-1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Non-negotiable.
3. Stop drinking your calories. Water, black coffee, zero-cal drinks.
4. Walk 10,000 steps a day. Most underrated fat loss tool that exists.
5. Lift 3-5x per week. Beat the logbook every session - one more rep or 5 more lbs.
6. Sleep 7-8 hours. It's not optional. Poor sleep stalls fat loss faster than bad food.
7. Use the 3-2-1 rule before bed: no food 3hrs, no liquids 2hrs, no screens 1hr.
8. Weigh yourself daily. Use the weekly average. Ignore single-day spikes.
9. The scale can jump 3-4 lbs overnight. To gain that in fat you'd need 10,500 extra calories. It's water.
10. An inch off your waist = 3-4 lbs of fat lost. The scale isn't the only thing that matters.
11. Stop cutting carbs. White rice, potatoes, and fruit are your friends during fat loss.
12. The 10:1 rule for snacks: 10g protein for every 100 calories. If it doesn't pass, skip it.
13. Chick-fil-A grilled nuggets + grilled chicken sandwich: 530 cal, 66g protein. Learn the fast food orders.
14. On busy days, Macro Fast. Protein shakes and yogurt until dinner. Save your calories for one big meal.
15. Meal prep is optional. Knowing the right fast food and grab-and-go orders is not.
16. Track everything for 2 weeks to build a baseline. You can't improve what you don't measure.
17. Protein first at every meal. Eat it before touching anything else on the plate.
18. Stop eating 1,200 calories. You're not in a deficit. You're in survival mode.
19. If you're in a plateau, check sleep, steps, and protein before touching calories.
20. Never cut calories as a first move. It should be the last resort, not the first.
21. Add volume to your food with low cal (veggies). Volume and fiber keep you full for zero meaningful calories.
22. Cottage cheese with everything bagel seasoning. 200 cal, 28g protein. You're welcome.
23. Don't aim for a perfect day. Aim for a day your future self won't need to recover from.
24. A bad day doesn't need a restart. It needs a next meal.
25. Consistency beats perfection. Every single time.

email marketing lessons from a guy that made $100m in his first year running an email list:
> track clicks, not opens
> scrub your list ruthlessly
> test sending emails from specific employee names
> train your audience to open your emails
> an engaged list of 50k readers is worth way more than 500k dead readers
> social media is rented land, email is an owned asset
> social media is for discovery, email is for the relationship
> make deposits in the relationship bank account before making withdrawals
> email isn't dead, bad email marketing is dead
> split test the "from" name to double your open rates
> use pattern interrupts like "your future" or "your bank account" as the sender
> generic sender names like "support" get ignored
> specific names like "head of r&d" get curiosity clicks
> a single sender name change can 4x the revenue of an email
> avoid leads from high volume, low quality funnels (like sweepstakes)
> leads generated from other email lists have the highest lifetime value
> it’s better to pay $2 for an active reader than $0.11 for a ghost
> tighten your active segment from 90 days down to 30 days
> scrub anyone who hasn't clicked a link in 180 days
> sending to inactive subscribers destroys your domain reputation
> switch from constant pitching to a value-based newsletter
> train your audience to enjoy seeing your name in their inbox
"What are the best day trips from Tokyo?"
I get asked this all the time.
Here are my personal picks.
Kamakura — about 1 hour from Tokyo Station, no transfer needed.
Ancient temples, a giant Buddha statue, and the ocean.
The food scene is amazing too.
This is probably my number one recommendation.
Kawagoe — known as "Little Edo."
The old streets feel like stepping back in time.
Famous for street food and eel.
Very popular with Japanese locals right now.
Yokohama — a completely different vibe from Tokyo.
The largest Chinatown in Japan, the Red Brick Warehouse, and a beautiful port area.
Easy to get to and great for a chill day.
Nikko — if you love history, this is the one.
Stunning shrines surrounded by nature.
A bit further out but absolutely worth it.
Mt. Fuji area — you can combine a trip to see Fuji with a visit to a hot spring town.
Gotemba or Yamanashi are great options.
All of these are easy to access by public transportation from Tokyo.
Which one would you want to visit?
Any other day trip spots you'd recommend?

This post on Reddit is fu*king gold. (yeah literally Another one)
A founder hit $20k last month without a single sales pitch.
No cold outreach. No ads. No "try my tool" posts.
Just one thing done obsessively.
Hint : He used human psychology something that is deep rooted inside each one of us.
Here's exactly what he did and what you should steal:
😱 WAIT! WHAT?
GREG ISENBERG just dropped a masterclass on replacing your entire marketing team with digital employees.

Google review hack nobody talks about:
When you respond to a 5-star review, don't just say "Thanks!"
Say this:
"Thank you [Name]! We're glad the [SERVICE] at your [CITY] home went smoothly. Our [SERVICE] team takes pride in every job."
You just told Google your business does [SERVICE] in [CITY] without stuffing a single keyword.
Do this on every review. Watch your Map Pack ranking move......
@ReviewRoverCo literally does this for you
What do women want from men?🤔
There IS an answer. And it's not what you'd expect.
Most single men today have NO CLUE how to answer this question. So I'm going to make this simple for any man looking to attract a loyal and passionate woman.
Here's what women want from you:🧵
@sunnyright@MattWalshBlog As a Scotsman - Reagan's Iran hostage deal where he forewent revenge caused this. Some of us knew it at the time, some of you American conservatives need to wake up.
