@GWRHelp Hi GWR, I've been looking to buy tickets from St Austell to Plymouth, and it no longer gives e-tickets as an option only TOD. I've used GWR app and website, both show same. Do you know why this has changed? E-tickets are more convenient and sustainable

@CrossCountryUK The 12:11 service from St Austell to Edinburgh on 7th October is showing as cancelled. The advance tickets I have are only for that train between St Austell and Bristol Temple Meads. Can they be transferred to the 14:23 to Bristol Parkway?
