THE FIRST IP RISK SCORING & COPYRIGHT INFRASTRUCTURE FOR COMMERCIAL AI

[CopySight AI @CopySightAI]

No need to tell more. That's CopySight.

CopyScore gives any AI image or video a single score from 1 to 100: how close it sits to protected IP, with a report that shows exactly what was flagged.

Feb to August. Six months to get from "there's a problem" to an actual answer on what was safe to ship.

That's roughly what it costs when a platform's own enterprise customer asks "is this clean" and there's no fast way to answer. Building that answer in-house is a year of engineering. Adding it is a day.

At Venture Café Tokyo, Kenki Tamiya and Kaoru walked a room of Japanese companies through the real risks of using generative AI commercially, and what happens when AI-generated content ends up in a campaign, a product or a film without anyone checking where it came from.

The fix is pretty simple, and it’s called CopySight.

The best part came after the talk. Our conversation with Kaoru kept going well past the session, and we’re already exploring how to bring CopySight to more teams together. A few Japanese companies in the room also want to hear more, and those conversations are just starting.

Thank you to Venture Café Tokyo for hosting, and to everyone who stayed for the questions. Tokyo, more soon 🇯🇵

What a week. CopySight spent LA Tech Week in the middle of it all, and on Thursday night we hosted an evening of our own as part of it!

Tea, music, a view of the city, and some of our favorite people in AI and entertainment, with nowhere else to be.

Thank you to everyone who came and logged off with us. To our team, for making it happen. To our investors and clients, for believing in what we’re building. And to the AI and tech community in LA, for showing up the way you did.

Here’s to more nights like this one! 🌆

[CopySight AI @CopySightAI]

Someone's AI short got checked. After it was already out.

A film's got way more surface area than one image. Hundreds of frames, hundreds of chances something gets flagged, solo project or studio budget doesn't matter.

Should verification happen before release or after? Right now, it’s mostly after.

Logging off from Tech Week for a night. Thursday, somewhere in LA. DMs are open.

[CopySight AI @CopySightAI]

You can't untrain the model. Opting out won't fix what's already out there. So the check has to happen on the output, before it ships, against one standard. That's CopyScore.

AI platforms: your enterprise customers want to know what's in the content before they sign.

Tommy talked that through today with @Sony, @Taisu_Ventures, @soneium and DayOneDream at the Sony Ventures x Taisu Ventures Innovation Summit in Singapore.

[CopySight AI @CopySightAI]

Agents generate faster than any team can review. Enterprise buyers know it, and they ask about IP risk before they sign.

The platforms that close those deals will have the check built into the pipeline.

Responsible filmmaking with AI, according to @tommyart at Global Stage Hollywood: licensing that keeps crediting where the IP came from, and checking your AI footage for other people's characters and faces before it ships.

Fair goes both ways.

[CopySight AI @CopySightAI]

8 seconds to generate. CopyScore tells you if it's clear just as fast.

Clear or flagged, in seconds. Not weeks of someone reading it by eye.

Try it for yourself. Comment COPYSCORE and we’ll give you free access.

Know before it ships.

"Responsible AI" is the studio phrase of the year. At E&O renewal the insurer asks something narrower: what's in the file, and who checked it?

We're on the Global Stage Hollywood panel at the TCL Chinese Theatre tomorrow to talk about exactly that. Oct 3, LA.

Reuniting with our friends at @Taisu_Ventures in Singapore soon. They led our seed round. This time we're on their stage instead.

Oct 6, AI Founders & Investors Forum. Panel's about what defines the next gen of AI. Agents, infra, AI x blockchain.

The part we're bringing: what happens when someone has to prove what a system actually produced. Already live in deals right now, most teams just haven't built for it.

Building at this layer? Be in the room. Oct 6, 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 21 Collyer Quay. Check the link https://t.co/Q7hKZxpFxi

@Tommyartist is speaking at @Techweek_ in LA on October 12 on AI disruption in media and entertainment. For platform founders, the panel lands on the exact question we hear every week: how do you prove what your AI actually generated.

@mucker hosts the event in Los Angeles.
Here is where we'll be present:

𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 & 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
October 12 | 2–4 PM
Featuring Tommy Petrov of CopySight AI, Tracy Maddux of beatBread, Joseph Newfield of Waffle Video, Sammi Alani of https://t.co/VvtOLSBBzz, and Vejay Lalla of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP.

Built for founders, early-stage gets priority, seats are limited. RSVP via this link: https://t.co/i3ZdV7na8b

Four films took home awards at Warsaw Glitch this year. Storytelling, visual language, creativity, execution, that’s what won them the trophy. Copyright status wasn’t part of the judging.

But CopySight ran every one of them anyway, quietly, alongside the judging. Marta Solik, Łukasz Suchocki, and Paulina Shepanic’s ”Kosciuszki St.”, Valerii Kocherhan’s “Nina”, Junho Her’s “The Gift”, Giulio Fulchignoni’s “Black Harvest”, four very different films, all checked the same way.

We keep hearing the same thing from studios. The film looks great, that was never the question. The question is whether you can prove it’s clear to use commercially, and most people are figuring that out after the film is already done, when it’s a much harder problem to fix.

That’s why this is a permanent part of how Warsaw Glitch runs from here. Next year, the check moves into the submission process itself, before films even reach the judges.

Here is to more!

[CopySight AI @CopySightAI]

What every studio and creator needs to understand is how to ethically use Al in their commercial work.

@tommyart at @warsawglitch panel about exactly what that entails.

There's a way to have more efficient production without angering creators. It's called @copysightai.

If you have any questions, drop them in the comments.

And yeah, don't forget:
