We sat down with @Tommyartist , Co-founder and CEO of @CopySightAI , to break down the vital world of intellectual property, copyright, and how creators can actually protect their work in an AI-driven era.

There's a lot to like in what @jordandchesney put together here. He took three real actors — Joaquin Phoenix, Patrick Fischler, and Jack Nicholson — and blended them into a new AI character named Simon. The result is genuinely good: charismatic, a little dangerous, the kind of face you'd build a film around.
Out of curiosity, we ran Simon through @CopySightAI , and he came back as an 88% match to Joaquin Phoenix — one of the same three actors who went into him. That's the part that's easy to miss about blending real faces: it doesn't dissolve a likeness into something new, it quietly concentrates it into the one person the model knows best. An amalgam of real actors is still a real actor.
Nice work, Jordan — and a good reminder of why it pays to check a character before it ships.
Sometimes results would be derivative enough not to cause any problem… sometimes it will lead to conversations with lawyers.
"Go all the way until it hurts. If you're doing something and it's easy, it's not valuable." - @travisk
"If anyone says a strategic thing was easy, I'm like, 'You messed up. You could have gone way further. More competitive advantage. More differentiation. Get it together.'"

Internet:
“He was killed.”
“That’s a clone.”
“Global elites replaced him.”
Sometimes it’s not AI.
Sometimes it’s aging + lighting + imagination.
… But we will check it with our tool anyway, just to be sure.
Tin foil optional.
Carry on.

@Blumhouse. @Universal. @Paramount+. @Warner onboarding in March @AGBO already using us.
The question changed from:
“Should we use AI?”
To:
“How do we use AI safely at scale?”
Big difference.
fascinating...generative media is being more quickly adopted for personal use than for organizational use

@seedanceai wasn’t just a model launch.
It was an IP stress test.
When AI output looks Hollywood-level, the real question becomes:
Can you prove it’s clean?
Studios don’t fear AI.
They fear unknown provenance.
That’s where CopySight comes in. 🧵
