A quick follow-up to yesterday's time-lapse because I only can have 1 camera in 1 place at a time. Here is what our outside groups looked like today while the other groups were inside lifting. We have 1-2 groups going outside all morning with the other group in the weight room.
Athletes. 📣 (This is not a lecture just a tip!) Your references are being written long before you ask for them. And you don’t have to be perfect or the star to get a great one. Love writing references for hard working S-A’s who are coachable, competive & great teammates!
Unresisted sprints are your PRIMARY tool to develop speed.
Resisted & assisted sprints are your SECONDARY tools to develop speed.
Jumps, bounds & lifts are your TERTIARY tools to develop speed.
A sprint program not containing all of these tools is an INCOMPLETE program.
