So @AliExpress_EN @askaliexpress "refund if not delivered in 30 days" but rejects every claim blaming me for their seller/shipper errors.

Please tell me which of these reasons is in my control, or how the recipient can clear customs w/o courier coordination. Avoid at all costs.

@FlaxenFlash Clarifications are now saying that 1) the counter starts 01.01.24 so not lifetime, and 2) the charge is one time per new install after the threshold, not monthly.

Slightly better, but what a colossal mishandling on the comms of this announcement.
