Why are players being unfairly banned for a bug caused by the developer's own game error? If someone accidentally opens the box 2 or 3 times due to a system glitch or lag, does that automatically subject them to a penalty? Furthermore, is the Pikachu Candy really that essential to warrant such harsh measures?

@BarceLocuras@MrPaton_ Yes, that's exactly what I mean. I don't want to talk about spoofing or cheating; I'm just talking about legit players who got mistakenly banned without even knowing what they did wrong. They just opened the box and opened it again—how were they supposed to know it was a bug?
@MrPaton_ Fair point, that's exactly what I mean. I do think the issue ultimately comes from the developer's end, but at the same time, not reading the TOS and getting banned—even accidentally—is also on us for not knowing the rules.
How can you accuse everyone of doing the same? Just like with actual crimes, innocent people sometimes get falsely accused. Do you understand that concept? Or are you just the type who refuses to listen no matter what? You're so quick to judge everyone who got banned, but you clearly have no idea that plenty of innocent players didn't even pick up those candies.
Why do they keep doing this even when they know what's going to happen? Why couldn't they just let us buy the Sendai tickets normally like the Mexico ones? I managed to get one, but so many of my friends weren't as lucky. Even locals, kids, and people living right in Sendai who were so excited for the event couldn't get a ticket! @PokemonGoApp
@PokemonGoApp Why introduce a registration system for Sendai tickets if people can just abuse it? Scalpers are registering with multiple alt accounts (even without buying tickets on them) just to secure slots, add people as friends to buy tickets for them& charge a fee. @PokemonGoApp
@ScopelyExplore They must be thanking Scopely right now. This registration system just handed scalpers a golden opportunity to make a profit off the Sendai event. @ScopelyExplore@pokemongo
