@dharr77 @talktoBOI It's an absolute disgrace, BoI should have sent out clarification on this weeks ago to customers now we have lots of people not having hard earned wages before a bank holiday weekend, as if things are not hard enough in this country. It's clearly a major error by BoI

@talktoBOI Fantastic customer support as usual, the only bank in the country affected by this phantom bank holiday on a Friday which has stopped them putting people's wages in their accounts whereas every other bank has had no issues today. Disgraceful

@talktoBOI My employer have ensured me payment was processed as normal and to contact my bank as the issue is on your end, I do not want to play phone tennis. It's a bank holiday weekend, people have bills to be paid, it's scandalous to be honest

@talktoBOI Also our wages are processed by payroll at lunchtime every Thursday, they are usually in our accounts by 9pm that same day so these payments have been processed since yesterday at 1pm
