John connected me with someone who compliments my business perfectly, which has resulted in some win-win situations where we can serve each others largest clients and refer business to each other.
Had a great meeting with two action items. Still a long way to go in the process, but an optimistic start and at the very least I am going to learn a lot.
@FrontierBDesign Completely agree. Your own knowledge only takes you so far. Having the right people around you who specialize in different areas becomes incredibly valuable over time.
Also thankful to now have you as part of my network, John. X has been surprisingly powerful for that.
@dougpayments For me waste disposal is consistently the one that we find meaningful savings more often than not. Shipping is quickly catching up though as carriers continue to take advantage of their cusotmers.
Still kind of surreal sometimes
Started this business helping companies find savings in overlooked expense categories and now Iβve got a meeting next week with a Fortune 100 company

@willnitze Crazy but also I have got to assume Kool-Aid wont be taking much market share from you. Personally I cannot imagine going to Kool-Aid for electrolytes π
Going through different scenarios and trying to anticipate where the conversation could go. Also talked with a few people in my network who have experience in larger enterprise environments to get their perspective and advice. Always helpful hearing different viewpoints before a meeting like this.
