Our token has been live and trading since 2022, but only within our ecosystem. This is the history you can’t see on-chain.

So, what are you looking at? This isn't a random project. This is the token of Young Platform, Italy's largest crypto exchange, which is currently available to all European investors.

We're a fully regulated Italian 𝘫𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵-𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘤𝘬 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺—a 6-year-old project with a massive community and fundamentals that have been battle-tested.

Before you ape in, you need to understand the tokenomics.

☑️Tokenomics: real scarcity and an “engage-to-earn” philosophy

The circulating supply is ~27M YNG, but this number doesn't tell you the whole picture.

Our model is built on an "Engage-to-Earn" philosophy. We designed it this way on purpose, avoiding pre-listing distributions to build a community of committed, long-term holders.

This means a huge portion of the supply is not available for selling. Think of it this way: the only tokens that can be sold are those that were bought on the market or via our community sales back in 2022. The rest is earned and held by a community that believes in the long term.

How much is held? Over 70% of the circulating supply is deposited by our community in our Clubs, held in our Step app, or sitting in liquidity pools. Furthermore, our main liquidity is secured on @FireblocksHQ. This shields our treasury from counterparty risk by avoiding reliance on third-party on-chain protocols.

The actual float is incredibly small.

☑️ A committed team and a clean cap table

The team has been allocated 7% of the total supply. Of this, 5% is subject to a gradual 4-year vesting schedule with monthly unlocks, starting after the launch. We postponed any distribution for the last 6 years, cementing a long-term commitment that began long before the listing. Our long-term commitment is hard-coded.

Now, for the other alpha that makes our cap table so clean: we have NEVER sold tokens to Venture Capital funds.

Instead, we raised over €20 million in equity from institutional giants like Azimut, who invested in our business, not in cheap tokens to flip 😎

☑️ A sustainable economic model for the future

Our new economic model, which includes buybacks and liquidity injections, will be activated strategically.

Until our payment account and debit card are released, we will be in "observation mode": we will monitor the market and communicate any support operations on a case-by-case basis 🔍

After that, the mechanism will become fully operational, systematically linking platform revenue to the token's stability.

So, to recap: we are a battle-tested project with a huge community, real scarcity, a clean cap table, and a sustainable economic model hitting the open market for the very first time.

☑️ A note on our current valuation

Our strategy is focused on ensuring the token's market valuation accurately reflects the intrinsic value of our ecosystem. Currently, the $YNG token has a market cap of approximately €10 million and a Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) of €40 million. When viewed in the context of our fundamentals—an ecosystem with over 2 million users, a company that has raised more than €20 million in equity, and a six-year history of continuous development—our primary goal is clear.

We are focused on executing our roadmap and growing our user base to bridge the gap between these fundamentals and the token's current market standing.

☑️ The community-owned supply

This is our biggest strength. Our Club members, whose numbers are constantly growing, hold approximately 43% of the circulating supply. At the same time, more than 70% of the circulating supply is split between Clubs, Liquidity Pools and Young Platform Step, our crypto learning game.

This means only about 30% of the total circulating supply is actually free-floating. This dynamic isn't driven by short-term speculation; it's driven by the deep commitment of our core community, who believe in the long-term utility of the ecosystem.
