This past week, I had the amazing opportunity to attend the @BWFUND x @A_P_S_A Diversity Summit to learn, discuss, and design solutions for DEI challenges and issues faced by #doubledoc trainees in the physician-scientist community. #DivSum24
Topics/discussions included outlining actions that can strengthen the MD-PhD pipeline, to brainstorming how to combat issues in the retention of trainees of marginalized populations, to establishing a call to action in building resources for financial literacy, and much more!
