@freesatadvice Netflix isn’t loading on my freesat box. But it is working via the smart TV and my mobile devices. I’ve tried the reset option on Netflix. And I’ve tried turning the freesat box on and off. Still not working. Can you help?

@Shell Please get the EV chargers at Gloucester Rd Cheltenham working. Just tried all the machines. And all payment methods. As did 3 other drivers. Nothing worked. Staff unable to help as it is outsourced. We’ve waited a year for them to be connected & now they are unreliable.

@Esso_GB The 4 175KwH EV chargers at Esso Red Apple in Cheltenham look amazing. Shame they’ve been fenced off for 4 months and never been operational since installation. When will you get them up and running?

@MotorFuelGroup I want to complain about your subcontract to Eurocarparks. I’ve just been automatically fined £60 for being on a forecourt for too long. And then had my appeal rejected. They, and by inference you, are driven by the revenue rather than customer service.

Are a very poor form of customer service. And there’s no evidence that it is anything other than a passive revenue stream. Shame on you.

I’ve paid the fine, to avoid it increasing. But I’m lodging this complaint with you. Please investigate and refund my fine. Please also amend the signage to be more visible inside the shop. And allow a longer grace period for people using the car wash. The automated fines

@DeborahMeaden It’s a sorry state of affairs when the motion goes to a vote that is a foregone conclusion. Hardly democracy. The Tory whips will have the whole party vote against or abstain and the motion goes nowhere. Our system of government is no longer fit for purpose.
