@LloydHDean Terrible billing experience at Redwood City GoHealth. I've called+emailed billing dept 5x & still haven't been able to receive my detailed invoice for FSA reimbursement. Awful lack of response. I will NEVER return because I've wasted so much time trying to get my bill
@LloydHDean - I visited the @DignityHealth urgent care facility in Redwood City, CA and want to get my co-pay reimbursed via FSA, but your billing department won't respond to any email requests, even after speaking to someone on the phone. Tx was great, billing response is AWFUL
