@Jetstar_NZ I booked a flight from Melbourne to Cairns, but I needed to cancel due to an emergency. Jetstar is saying that they will not refund me. Please don't make my mistake of booking through Jetstar; go through more refined companies such as EasyJet. I now have to take this to court.

@TheRAC_UK I am completely appalled and disappointed with RAC I've reported that my car keys are locked inside my car, yesterday 5th September 2023, 14:00 they are still not here and it's 10:31 6th sept 2023 they told me last night to get a hotel, so I did and I'm still waiting!
