@TheGlastoThingy@JohnPugh@DecathlonUK I bought a second hand tent from Decathlon recently that had fag burns on it so they can’t be that fussy. Was a bargain though and will be using for future Glasto
@Neil_Hardiman@EngineerLondon@G7KVE @BaDu1967 @InfosReseaux Yes that’s correct, 180 degrees so won’t phase out with a 3ph network. Gets you double the capacity compared to single phase, very common in the US. Must admit leaving the unused phase coiled up is peculiar, can only assume a 3ph upgrade is planned soon.
@EngineerLondon@Neil_Hardiman@G7KVE @BaDu1967 @InfosReseaux It’s a split phase transformer, only two HV connections. The LV connection in the centre of the transformer is bonded to the LV earth and forms the neutral. The bottom fuse carrier is not connected to the transformer (see brown taped up coil above) Probably to future proof
@edwardlamb 1. Yes, like getting a dropped kerb, residents apply to the local authority and their approved contractor does the work
2. Probably have to rent the space, if not disagreements will arise between neighbours
3. Limit to one charging space per property, not one vehicle per property
@ReissOmari@x_brum The problem is it’s the Council’s responsibility to ensure the reinstatement is correct and fine those not rectifying in time, but TFWM appear to get to mark their own homework
@x_brum@ReissOmari Yes, very retro but they still raise permits under the ‘Centro (West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive)’ brand believe it or not!
