Hotel cancellation 3 wks before flight and let me assure you the replacement hotel was awful. The policy is not in favour for the #customer as the ‘half a star’ always swings to the lower graded hotel! 😡

@HM_Passport can you PLEASE update us on the progress of our passport renewal application!? We have heard NOTHING your customer advisors on phone are useless. Can you please just let us know as I will need to cancel our holiday!!!! This is unacceptable!!
