Starts around the 4:17 mark, immediately after former NSA Technical Director explains why the DNC emails published by Wikileaks must have come from an internal source, i.e., someone like Seth Rich. Here's hoping @realDonaldTrump will light a fire under @DAGToddBlanche and @FBI director @Kash_Patel to release data from Seth's computers as ordered by a federal judge.
