I did the math based on my personal experience. Amounts may be less/ more via surgery. Once I had healed didnt need pain relief I didnt take it. Why are we being treated like reckless children? This is NOT about the opioid crisis any longer! AMERICA, I beg you- wake up!

@WriterMera @SparlingAngela Also NSAIDS are terrible for the stomach, even more so if you suffer IBD, putting you in terrible flares and worse. Acetaminophen I guess the lesser of the two evils is not very good with the liver so patients are between a catch-22. No good quality of life!

"Forced taper" is just another phrase for "slow abandonment" Pain patients are suffering & being harmed physically & emotionally. This kind of treatment has to change before the damage can’t be undone. We shouldn’t have to battle the "system" to receive appropriate care.
