Thank you for responding to my appeal. I understand that your review indicates the penalty was correctly applied, but I am still asking for this case to be looked at again because I genuinely have never cheated in VALORANT.
I have never used an aimbot, wallhack, triggerbot, scripts, macros, or any third-party program intended to give me an unfair advantage.
This account is literally an account I have had since the beta. It would make absolutely no sense for me to risk an account I have had for that long, especially after spending money on Riot’s platform and investing so much time into the game.
I completely support Riot removing actual cheaters from VALORANT. Cheating ruins the game for everyone. What is extremely frustrating and unfair, though, is being treated like a cheater when I am a normal player who simply wants to play and enjoy the game.
Because of that, I am extremely concerned that legitimate software running on my computer may have been detected incorrectly.
Could you please escalate my case for a manual review by a member of the anti-cheat or appropriate support team, rather than relying only on the original automated detection?
I understand that you may not be able to disclose Vanguard’s detection methods, but I would appreciate confirmation that the detection was manually reviewed and whether it was based on actual cheating behavior or the interaction of a third-party application.
I am willing to provide Vanguard logs, Riot logs, a list of installed programs, running processes, or any other diagnostic information that may help determine what caused the detection.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a thorough and fair review because I know that I did not intentionally use prohibited software or cheat in VALORANT.
Please escalate this ticket if possible and review the circumstances surrounding the penalty again.
