My god the @telstra messaging support system is about the worst customer experience I’ve seen, and let’s face it they weren’t coming off a high base. on my 5th go in 3 wks trying to get a CHOWN completed that should never have been needed. Covid doesn’t cause incompetence!
@TheVinsomniac @ozwinereview We got a 94 I think for one of our wines. Will be launching a full inquiry into how that happened. Rest got the requisite 95+ so we should be able to limit the firings to the bare minimum.

@ozwinereview Losses due to fruit set in SA will far far exceed losses due to smoke. We haven’t seen a great deal of fruit that has come up affected, even from areas in the fire zone, certainly very variable - even in the same vineyard it has been variety dependant.
Have a @qantas travel voucher to use by today. Online won’t work. Have tried calling every day for a week and queue has been over 2 hours. Just not good enough @qantas
