4 years ago, I started @CrowwdLabs and scaled it to $1M+ in revenue.
Now, I’m taking the capital and everything I learnt building it - to make a much bigger bet.
Over those 4 years, we:
> Worked with 60+ companies in Crypto, Finance and AI
> Employed 40+ people across 3 countries.
> Built services across GTM and Design.
> Operated at ~70–80% EBITDA margins.
We figured out how to take on more clients without adding headcount by building agentic workflows around our operations.
For the first time, I saw what happens when a services business stops scaling linearly with people.
But, it got me questioning my ambition.
"With the knowledge and capital I have at my disposal, do I want to continue scaling a marketing agency?”
I still love crypto, am trading, and continue to remain bullish.
Crowwd taught me how to sell, hire, manage people, run operations, manage finances, and grow a company.
But I have had this feeling of wanting to work on something a lot more ambitious.
So that’s what I’m doing.
I’m taking the capital, lessons and operating experience from the last 4 years and putting them behind my next company.
More on what I’m up to soon.
Cheers
i’ve been “doing shit” for the past 7 years
since i was 15: dropshipping, saas, consumer, etc
but most of my “career” has been in crypto, and running @CrowwdLabs
at some point every year i look back at progress from the previous year
always baffled on how, by not trying very hard we 2x everything YoY
> team quality
> revenue
> client quality
> delivery excellence
love u @crowwdlabs
The current vibe of Crowwd Labs is no drinking, no drugs, 9-9-6 [work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., six days a week], lift heavy, run far, marry early, track sleep, eat steak and eggs.
i’m looking for a technical co-founder, who can build out my idea. they can have 30% equity, and I can have 70%.
comment if interested, must be technical
i’ve built multiple businesses, scaled one to high 6-figs
