@loveholidays we made a mistake with our booking. Had to amend the dates. Although we booked it with you we had to contact @TUIUK to change the flights (they were very helpful). By the time we changed the flights, the cost of the holiday went up £250. 1/2

2/2 when I book a holiday with company, i expect them to take care of the admin. You should have handled the flight changes for us. This delay has cost me money, money it shouldn’t have cost me had you provided the service we paid for. We booked the whole holiday with you.

@LoftforWords He was put on gardening leave because his representatives (who he employees) and wouldn’t talk to another club without his knowledge were talking to another club. We don’t know the details clearly but the club had no choice.
