@loveholidays we made a mistake with our booking. Had to amend the dates. Although we booked it with you we had to contact @TUIUK to change the flights (they were very helpful). By the time we changed the flights, the cost of the holiday went up £250. 1/2

@TUIUK please confirm how I submit an expenses claim, not an EU261 claim. My flight was cancelled and I had to make my own arrangements with a different airline as the flight offered by TUI was too late for me to use.
