@vwfs_fleet Opted early termination of Octavia leased from VWFS. Vehicle inspcted and accptd on 02Aug. Despite paying the early termination fee, VWFS deducted money from bank account with direct debit. I called cust supp many times. No response so far. When can I get my refund?
