@sebinsua@dsiroker Also in the UK and completely locked out. Can’t access my data, can’t use the export feature, and still waiting on a 2-year Pendant order. Being told to “email support” while the app crashes isn’t acceptable. We deserve a proper response.
@dsiroker@dsiroker I’ve also had a Pendant on order for TWO YEARS with no delivery, no update, and now no service. I expect a refund for the hardware and my subscription. This entire rollout has been shocking — not what I’d expect from a company preaching transparency and AI ethics.
@dsiroker You’ve completely blindsided UK customers. Limitless shuts down on Dec 5, the app instantly crashes, the export feature can’t be accessed, and years of personal data are now locked away. Your own FAQ says we have until Dec 19 to export — that’s a lie if your app doesn’t work.
