This wallet created a coin on pumpfun 1 year ago called $Panda currently at 9k: 3vPE1KKDbRG8j9EtsH6SW8V4kmcWYHLYVQdu48kxpump

When I dug more on the blockchain and X, It showed dev of $Panda traded Believe and Pudgy Penguins, and so does the Jeff follows those accounts on X.

To me it seems clear Jeff is the dev of Panda, more proof on the blockchain and screenshots
