@DylanLeClair@cvpayne This was a banger of an interview! Great coverage on the multi-year time horizon, the value proposition, and the $2.5 billion of btc on the balance sheet as the reserve asset. Loved it! Holding MTPLF long term.
2 Year MSTR Price Model
We're halfway through 2026 and Strategy has raised $15.77 billion this year. CRAZY!
The split is 52.3% MSTR / 47.7% STRC.
Annualized, that pace equals about $2.68 billion per month total. ~$1.4b from MSTR per month and ~$1.28b from STRC.
Crazy pace from Strategy despite bear market conditions. Let's assume that they don't increase their pace of capital raising and just keep it the same for two years. You know, for fun.
I would argue they would speed up their pace as we have seen in better market conditions, but HEY we like to be CONSERVATIVE around here!
~$2.68B/month would mean ~$64.3B raised over the next two years at this pace. WILD!
We recently hit a bottom signal of 45.6% of Bitcoin's supply in profit. Is this the actual bottom? I don't know, but it was in November 2022 when we hit this level and forward looking 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 month returns were all HUGE for Bitcoin.
BTC 5.5x'd from the $16k November 2022 low over the next 24 months to $90,422 in November 2024.
That same multiple of 5.5x from here would be $324k Bitcoin on June 30th, 2028.
That is coincidentally smack dab right on the power law trendline as well. So not even a bull market by historical standards, just a reversion to trend over two years.
Using today's balance sheet CEBE snapshot and plugging in these monthly capital raise numbers and assuming a linear walk back to $324k Bitcoin (it won't be linear obviously)...
Dividends are paid by selling MSTR shares in the model.
Strategy ends with 1,393,949 Bitcoin.
At the same 1.06x mNAV today we'd be at $777.76 MSTR for a +822% return.
Yep, we see a 9.22x for MSTR vs. a 5.56x return for Bitcoin. MSTR delivers ~66% more total return than Bitcoin over the 2-year period.
The market cap would be $423.49 billion.
1.4x mNAV price would be $1,137 MSTR.
This is the entire Strategy thesis in one fever dream:
Bitcoin does the heavy lifting.
The capital structure adds the torque.
CEBE/share is the scoreboard.
And if Strategy can keep raising capital at bear-market speed while Bitcoin merely reverts to trend, the common equity can outperform the underlying asset without needing a euphoric premium.
That is the machine.
That is the bet.
I have a feeling Trump KNEW the Supreme Court would overturn his birthright citizenship changes. He says he has a plan for what to do next. I have a few suggestions as well:
- Strengthen border security, interior enforcement, and visa restrictions.
- Increase removal of noncitizens before they have US-born children.
- Limit federal/state benefits for illegal immigrants and require proof of parental status for as much as constitutionally possible.
- Cut back and tighten H-1B, student, and tourist visas.
- Improve the tracking of immigration status for birth records.
That $58,075 print we just saw was the biggest deviation from the power law trendline since October 25, 2010, when Bitcoin was trading at TEN CENTS PER COIN.
At least in comparison to the daily close prices.
But even after this absolute bear-market sewer pipe, the overall power-law fit is still slightly better than it was at the October ATH.
Since the ATH, the overall fit has increased by +0.00069768 R².
Yep, since October 6th, 98 days hurt the fit, and 169 days improved the fit.
Net result is the fit still grew by ~0.07 percentage points.
But the last stretch is the horror show. June 2026 went 30-for-30 declining fit days, meaning the current price action is now actively damaging the model’s fit every single day.
Longest straight declining-fit streak in the 2022–2023 bear was 73 consecutive days from November 8, 2022 to January 19, 2023.
That was the monster streak. 2023 also had a 51 day decline streak from Aug. 30, 2023 to Oct. 19, 2023.
We're currently at 36 straight declining-fit days starting on May 26, 2026.
2023: 98 decline days
2026: 98 decline days
That means 2026 has already matched the worst full calendar year in Bitcoin's history by the time the year was halfway over.
SCOTUS really watched the children of migrants burn cop cars, throw cement blocks at police, wave the flags of foreign countries in protest of illegals (aka their parents) being deported and said...yup they’re just as American as you and me!
24 hours in with FSD v14 lite, here are some more of my thoughts/review:
It was worth the wait for sure. This is such a revolutionary change for HW3 and it feels like I have a new car now.
First off, the highway performance is outstanding. Truly something special they’ve created here that really feels like my AI4 cars. The lane changes are truly what makes it feel like v14. Intelligent choices as well as the super smooth lane changes. Immediately noticeable AND really welcome change.
The lane change logic on this build makes very precise and calculated decisions too. So much better at deciding which lane it will change lanes into without making excessive lane changes. Speed control has been good too especially in hurry. Really good at matching the speed and vibe of other cars as well. It was so confident on the highways.
On city streets, the increased reaction time is immediately noticeable. I was driving a few hours ago and it could tell that the car to my right was going to need to change lanes when their lane was ending and it quickly and immediately changed lanes before I could even process it. It is so cool to me how Tesla was able to make HW3 this capable and smart even though it has about 1/8th the memory bandwidth as AI4. Absolutely wild how good it is now.
Lane choices are also way more intelligent, especially nearing exits. It is definitely more cautious as Ashok mentioned for now and on some residential streets a bit slow and sometimes hesitant, but not bad. FSD v14 lite is quick to react if someone opens their car door. The speed bump and dip detection is great, even if they’re hard to see occluded by shade or a hill.
One thing I noticed with this build is that it always turns into the first available lane. This is great and it means the turns are always tighter. This is something I would like to always see in V14.3 and have mentioned but it sometimes goes into the second lane. Sometimes with v14 lite on a tight turn the rear wheel/tire gets close to the curb but never too close yet. I’d love to see a bit of refinement here, as well as merging with a bit more throttle input.
I am definitely enjoying the new UI changes. Really feels like V14 in the AI4 cars and I love being able to press a button from park and start FSD. The difference with my Intel hardware 3 car is that I have to quickly tap the brake pedal to confirm FSD, not a big deal but hopefully this changes.
Handling VRUs well, definitely cautious and playing it safe for now, no hard braking, it always gives right of way. Tuned pretty well now for the first build and will only get better as it progresses.
Parking for the most part has been pretty good. It isn’t too slow usually and it has been parking pretty centered most of the time. FSD v14 lite spot selection choices have actually been quite good so far and it is very quick to decide. Would like to see a bit better initial approach angle to make the maneuver always a bit more linear and quick. If it can set up its approach angle, all of the parking jobs would be always more centered and a bit quicker. What is great is the parking spots so far have always been convenient spots either near a door or the first available if it is a busy lot. Also, the nag has been relaxed over v12.6.4 and is way more enjoyable to drive.
It did great on canyon roads as well. Did almost an hour of very tight, twisty, and dark canyons in Malibu at 4 o’clock this morning. Took good lines, great throttle and brake application points, and was pretty quick unless it got tight then it was a bit slower than AI4 Mad Max.
I’ve now been driving FSD v14 lite since last night almost nonstop between filming, driving, writing these reviews and editing videos. Even though I still haven’t slept- it’s been a fantastic day and I’m so grateful to be doing this.
Overall, v14 lite brought new life to Hardware 3 and so impressed and thankful @Tesla_AI was able to accomplish this. Can’t wait to see how it gets even better in the future!
