This is a complete and utter disgrace. Andy Burnham has been caught filming his political videos with EY3 Media.

This is a company that received £330,000 of taxpayers money from his own authority.

He’s literally using public funds to bankroll his own political propaganda.

Britain has completely lost the plot.

An Iraqi terror chief suspect — who British intelligence believes researched remote-controlled cars and helicopters, possibly for carrying out attacks — was refused British citizenship on national security grounds.

He failed the “good character” test.

Yet he is still allowed to stay in the United Kingdom.

Why?
Because the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) apparently protects him from deportation. Sending him back to Iraq might put him at risk of “persecution.”

The further footage only makes this look worse.

It shows the victim of the attack who had already been arrested being escorted to the police car, with a female officer calling him a “dick”, before he's put into the police vehicle the wrong way.

From start to finish, the whole incident appears to have been handled poorly.

In my view, the police should stop doubling down, acknowledge that serious questions have been raised, apologise if mistakes were made, and carry out a full, transparent investigation into what went wrong.

Public confidence isn't restored by telling people not to share the footage. It's restored by showing accountability when policing appears to fall below the standard the public expects.
